So often we speak defeat in our situations. Instead of trusting God and thinking positively, we focus on the very thing that discourages us. For example, if we get bad news from the doctor, we spend countless hours on the Internet researching information about the sickness, instead of meditating on what God’s word says about healing! The doctor’s diagnosis and prognosis is one thing, but the healing power of God is the only thing that matters! Below are some scriptures on healing for anyone you know who may be dealing with sickness:

Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.

This was an awesome couple of blogs. I started with the revelation in the shower and went backwards. Thanks for sharing those too, Shalia. FYI My sister was diagnosed with LUPUS when she was 14. People have been praying for her intensely last few years. There is this prophet in ALABAMA that told her 3 days. And for the following 3 days she went through what we believe was the sickness working its way out. She has been standing on one verse. ONE verse: I will live and not die and declare the goodness of the Lord. Now she is feeling much better and the symptons are fading. Her healing started, a process like Jesus and the fig tree. The root is already shriveling and healing manifesting (for real, not by fake.) She now says the manifestation of her healing will be a testimony for others as she heals. (This was the short version)
